What’s Not Included

The following areas are not included in any booking and are not covered by The Greener Cleaner:

• Furniture & Fixtures: Moving heavy or large items of furniture. If you would like us to clean behind large appliances (e.g. stove, fridge) or furniture (e.g. couch), please move them prior to our arrival.

• Specialised Cleaning: Grout cleaning, ceiling cleaning, built-up mould, stained silicone, adhesive removal, paint removal, and high-pressure cleaning.

• Appliances & Fixtures: Cleaning between glass oven panels, air conditioning filters, and fly screens.

• Waste Removal: Rubbish, human/animal waste, and any garden or outdoor debris

• Outdoor Areas: Cleaning of garages, outside windows, gardens, pools, BBQs, and pest control.

30 Minute Buffer Policy

Our cleaning services are quoted based on the size of your home, with the goal of completing every task on the checklist to a high standard. We know how long it typically takes to clean your home, but in the rare case that our time estimate is off, our 30-Minute Buffer policy will apply. We’ll continue cleaning for up to 30 extra minutes (0.5 man hours) beyond the initial estimate. If more time is needed to complete the checklist, we’ll always reach out to confirm any additional charges before proceeding. If we can’t reach you, we’ll make the most of the extra 30 minutes. If you anticipate your home may need additional time due to size, clutter, or if it hasn't been cleaned recently, we recommend selecting the ‘Refresh Clean’ extra to ensure the job is completed thoroughly.
